What services do you offer?

Do you serve clients in Spanish?
Yes. Our whole team works in both English and Spanish so every step is clear to you.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp, call us, or fill out the contact form and pick your service. We'll reply with the exact documents and information you need.
What documents do I need to get started?
It depends on the service. For taxes, for example, you'll usually need W-2s, 1099s, ID and income or expense records. When you contact us we'll send a clear checklist. Please don't send your SSN, ITIN, passport or personal documents until we give you a secure channel.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our Fort Worth, Texas office. Online services are available to clients anywhere in the U.S.
Can you prepare my taxes if I received a W-2 or 1099?
Yes. We prepare personal returns with W-2 or 1099 income, self-employment income and small-business cases. We review your information and prepare an organized return.
I got a letter from the IRS. What should I do?
Don't ignore it. Bring it in or send it through a secure channel and we'll review what it asks for and the deadlines.
Can you form my LLC and get the EIN?
Yes. We help with LLC formation, the EIN / Tax ID, the Operating Agreement, Registered Agent service and company updates.
Does the EIN cost money?
The EIN is free directly from the IRS. Our service is helping you prepare and complete the process if you'd like assistance.
Can you help me apply for or renew an ITIN?
Yes. We assist with new applications, renewals, dependent ITINs and review of the required documents.
Do you notarize online or only in person?
Both. Online Notary Public for clients in any U.S. state, and in person at our Fort Worth office, subject to applicable requirements.
Can you draft my document?
No. As notaries we don't draft legal documents or give legal advice. Your document must be complete; we verify identity and witness the signature.
Are you immigration attorneys?
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We prepare forms and organize documents based on the information you provide.
Which forms do you help with?
Green Card renewal, permanent residence, work permits, citizenship, family petitions, Affidavit of Support, USCIS change of address and certified translations.
